As advised, we are inquiring into what SECURITY / PROTECTIONS does the United States of America – a PRIVATELY held Company – have in place to PROTECT the SOVEREIGNTY of the Chickasaw Tribal Nation as well as other Native Nations / Native People and their Descendants INHABITING / OCCUPYING . . . the Lands / Territories presently known as the United States of America “PRIOR” to the fraudulent claims of DISCOVERY by the Europeans (so-called “WHITE Man”).
As you may know, the LABEL “BLACK Indians” was given to the Natives of the Lands / Territories presently known as the United States of America! Furthermore, “BLACK Indians” being a LABEL interchangeable with those who have been LABELED as: Niggers, Colored, Coons, Negroes, BLACKS and / or AFRICAN Americans, etc. (hereinafter, collectively known as “PROTECTED Groups”)! Moreover, the UNLAWFUL CONSPIRACIES and practices of “PAPER GENOCIDE” to erase and / or destroy EVIDENCE of the Native Nations, Cultures, Governments, Languages, Traditions and Cultures, etc. of the “BLACK Indians!”
Under the United States so-called CONSTITUTION, the BLACK Indians and those alleged to have been brought over as SLAVES are NOT Citizens under this fraudulent Nation / Government Empire! Furthermore, through the use of unlawful RACIST / DISCRIMINATORY practices known as “BLACK Codes,” the BLACK Indians are BANNED from using the USA’s fraudulent COURT / JUDICIAL and ADMINISTRATIVE processes to bring LAWFUL / LEGAL actions against those Labeled as WHITES / EUROPEANS – i.e. there being PUBLIC Record Evidence to support that Vogel Denise Newsome (who now serves as Prime Minister of the Chickasaw Tribal Nation / Utica International Embassy) being:
A - DENIED Judicial / Court Access to have “ALL” her LawsuitS investigated / prosecuted / litigated, etc.
B - DENIED Access to have ComplaintS submitted to be investigated and prosecuted through and / or by the United States of America’s EXECUTIVE Branch (i.e. which include the United States Office of the President)
C - DENIED Access to have ComplaintS submitted to be investigated and prosecuted through and / or by the United States of America’s LEGISLATIVE Branch (i.e. which include the United States CONGRESS)
D - DENIED Access to have ComplaintS submitted to be investigated and prosecuted through and / or by the United States of America’s JUDICIAL Branch (i.e. which include the United States COURTS as well as the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES)
E - DENIED Access to “ALL” Administrative Agencies (i.e. as the United States Department of Justice [as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)] and United States Department of Labor [as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)]) . .
F - DENIED Access to “ALL” Employment in the so-called USA Job Market . . .
resulting in our Tribal Nation LAWFULLY separating from such CRIMINAL / RACKETEERING Schemes and Scams that adversely impact the Chickasaw Tribal Nation as well as other Native Nations in their Native People, etc. within what is presently known as the United States of America and those Native Nations adversely impacted abroad!
Therefore, please so advise us MOST URGENTLY (i.e. in that United States Vice President Kamala Harris has been given until today, Monday, December 9, 2024) to provide us with a response to our 11/28/2024 Email Communication) - by FRIDAY, December 13, 2024, of what SECURITY and PROTECTIONS Measures (if any) have been implemented for the Chickasaw Tribal Nation and / or these “PROTECTED Groups” against the allege MASS “FORCED” DEPORTATIONS the United States of America’s / United States’ NAZIS, WHITE Supremacists, Ku Klux Klan, Jews and Zionists are reporting / ANNOUNCING through their President-Elect Donald John Trump! We take such THREATS seriously! Thus, as a matter of our Tribal Nation’s Laws as well as INTERNATIONAL Laws governing said matters, it is our DUTY and / or OBLIGATION to not only expose such WAR Crimes, but the Crimes Against Humanity, violations of the Genocide Convention / Torture Convention as well as other Atrocities, etc. in the so-called White Man’s / European’s quests to achieve their “NEW Order” Agendas for GLOBAL White Supremacy and attempts to have a World CONTROLLED and RUN by them over “ALL” other Native Nations!

Furthermore, please provide us also on FRIDAY, December 13, 2024, findings in the United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner handling of our June 22, 2024 Submission - i.e. advising whether the United States of America / United States was NOTIFIED of submission – i.e. in accordance with policies and / or procedures governing said matters. If so:
A - Who (Name of Agency[s], Person[s] and other information, etc.) contacted;
B - Whether a response was provided (if so, providing us with the date, time and response);
If the United States of America was NOT NOTIFIED of 06/22/2024 Submission to the United Nations Human Rights Office Of The High Commissioner; provide:
A - Written communication / documentation for the reason(s) for FAILURE TO ACT – i.e. in accordance with the policies / procedures governing said matters;
B - Name(s), Race(s), Title(s), Department(s) / Agency(s) and Nationality(s) / State of Citizenship of those handling Submission.
According to information published by the United Nations, December 9, 2024, was “INTERNATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION DAY!”
Thus, we do NOT believe that it is coincidental that the United States of America’s NAZIS / WHITE Supremacists / Ku Klux Klan / Jews / Zionists . . . pulled their “SYRIA Overthrow” script! On or about April 4, 2019, the International Criminal Court advised that we may proceed in bringing our matters before the “appropriate INTERNATIONAL authorities!” On June 22, 2024, our submission to the United Nations Human Rights Office Of The High Commissioner as well as other filings – i.e. as to the International Court of Justice in the South Africa vs. State of Israel matter - were executed and submitted to the appropriate international authorities!
